2 good days in a row?

We're going for a record!!!

I woke up at around 9ish, drove mom to work, and had class at 10:30. And I wasn't late. And the disussion was great (even though my friend and I made fun of my professor about the ENTIRE time).

My professor: "I'm such a role model to you guys."
Me (to my friend): "REALLY REALLY NOT."

Then, since my brother is on break today, I figured I'd take him to Rita's. So we picked up another friend of mine, and decided to go to Twist in Princeton last minute. Best decision I've ever made on a hot day :). I actually had A LOT of fun with my brother, he's getting less annoying as he's getting older. Maybe the "teenager" in him FINALLY kicked in. But we were able to talk about a lot of stuff. I've also taught him very well as far as music goes.

I decided to make a scrapbook for my aunt and uncle since they just had the baby. So today, I went to AC Moore. Spent $45 on scrapbooking supplies, and I'm maddd excited. I'm such a nerd when it comes to sentimental stuff like this. I've kept every note from my friends, every letter that my family has ever written me, and any funny/cute IM that I've ever been involved in. Also, if you buy me a card, I'll probably keep it FOREVER. It's just the way I am. But honestly, I hope that my aunt and uncle like it. I'm decorating the pages with stickers and borders and whatnot, and leaving spaces that they can put pictures in. Also, for the front page, I put all the trends of this past year, and what the top song was for April 3rd, and all that good stuff. :)

Welp, dinner is cooking, I'm starving, aaaaand I have a ton of algebra homework to do. Au revior <3

"Take, take a breath
We've got all the time in the world
To get a grip on the fact
That we don't last
But right now I want to watch the tide roll in
With my best friends"

P.S. I've decided to end every post with a song lyric that basically describes my mood from now on. Shweet.

  1. I used to do something similar with the song lyrics, except I'd make them the title of my post, and they weren't always relevant to the blog at all, they usually were just whatever I was listening to at the moment. Mostly because I was sick of making titles with the word "random" in them.

Also, I think the scrapbook is a lovely idea.

  2. All the songs I've been listening to have basically described my mood for the day so I was like "hey, i think i'll do this. Lol.

And I can't wait to give them the scrapbook, it's coming along reeeally well so far :)
